Subject: Module Interaction/Dependency docs

Mention should be made in docs of any interactions
and dependencies. For example IMHO got an error whose
backtrace included mention of Guestbook when both
were running in the same virtual server. After removing
Guestbook from that virtual server I have had no further
errors from IMHO.

SOme modules do not even show up on the list of
available modules unless certain other modules are
already loaded into that server; tho I cannot now
recall offhand which ones. I'll watch for it now I have
an account here and post when I see it happen again.
