Subject: Anti Bandwidth-leeching for images

How hard would it be to cause Roxen to efuse to deliver images in response
to requests whose referrer-URL is not on the same server? How about not
on any host in the same domain as the server? How about not on any host
on the same network as the server?

Is .htaccess the key to it? I have only recently started to wonder about
.htaccess since I always had thought with Roxen one doesnt need .htaccess
because one prefers Roxen's user validation modules. So I only just realised
that .htaccess actually does other things than just do user verification.
