Subject: error.pike and error code 401

The custom error messages module is a good idea, however it
does not appear to work for error 401, failed authentication.
All I get is a builtin message that is hardcoded into the
base server. I am trying to send unauthenticated users to
a user signup or Adult Verification page or the like instead
of giving them the ugly blank gray screen with the terse
message that offers no hints as to how to rectify the error.
