The new improved RMS Discussion groups made their debut today. Check out the new features that make participating in discussion easier than ever.
Due to numerous requests by RMS community members, we've replaced the existing Discussion Forums with forums powered by DiscussIt!, a new Roxen module that makes it easy to provide discussion on any Roxen site.
Some of the new features include easier to read discussion indices, better handling of your posts, and the most often requested feature: read article tracking. DiscussIt! will keep track of the articles you read and will highlight those posts you haven't read.
DiscussIt! also makes it much easier to add new groups, as well as to manage existing groups and posts.
The new discussion groups will be extended to the rest of the RMS site following the conclusion of the DiscussIt! beta program here at RMS.
